Will I receive a physical item?
No. All products are digital files or virtual classes. Your file will be delivered to the email used at checkout and available for download once payment is confirmed.
I can’t find my download or class email. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk inbox. Gmail users should also check the “Social” and “Promotions” tabs. To prevent this in the future, add prissytreatsbycarla.com to your safe list. If you still can’t find it, contact us directly.
How can I watch the virtual class?
All classes will be shared in a private Facebook group. Classes may be pre-recorded or live, depending on the session.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
