Refund Policy
Unless otherwise specified, all instant downloads including digital recipes and virtual classes are non-refundable once purchases are complete. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms and waive your consumer rights to a refund.

Digital recipes and class access links are delivered to the email used at checkout once payment is confirmed.
If you don’t receive your email, check your spam or junk folder. Gmail users should also check the Social and Promotions tabs. Adding prissytreatsbycarla.com to your safe list can help. If you still don’t see it, contact us within 24 hours at prissytreatsbycarla@gmail.com.
Website Access: Pre-recorded classes purchased on the website will be hosted in a private members-only area. Once payment is confirmed, you’ll receive instructions to log in and watch at your convenience.
Facebook Access: Certain classes may be delivered live or pre-recorded inside a private Facebook group. Customers will be sent an invite link to join the group prior to class.
FAQ – Digital Files & Classes
Will I receive a physical item?
No. All products are digital. Files and class links are delivered electronically once payment is confirmed.
I can’t find my download/class email. What should I do?
First, check spam/junk folders and (if using Gmail) the Social/Promotions tabs. Add prissytreatsbycarla.com to your safe list. If you still can’t find it, contact us directly.
How can I watch the virtual class?
Classes are pre-recorded or live, and shared in a private Facebook group.
Can I get a refund?
No. Once purchased, all sales are final.
Custom Orders
Billing Policy
All invoices must be paid in full before services are rendered. A $100 non-refundable retainer fee is due within 5 days after the invoice has been sent to reserve your date; the retainer will be applied to the balance of your invoice.
If the event falls within 2 weeks of the request, the invoice must be paid in full within 48 hours after it is sent. Payment serves as your agreement and signature to Prissy Treats by Carla’s Terms and Conditions. Invoices are cancelled if not paid by the due date stated unless otherwise communicated.
The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to your event date. Prissy Treats by Carla does not offer Cash on Delivery (CoD).
Rush Orders
Orders placed within one week of the event require full payment within 24 hours.
Cancellations & Order Changes
If you wish to cancel the order, the $100 retainer is non-refundable or transferable.
If an order is cancelled within 7 days of the event, all refunds are voided.
Order changes are accepted up to 2 weeks prior to the event date, provided required supplies are available.
Refund Policy
Because all treats are freshly prepared and custom-made, all sales are final. Refunds and exchanges are not available.
If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours. While we cannot provide refunds, we will do our best to ensure a sweet experience.
Colour Matching
Exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed. Colours may vary slightly based on ingredients and materials.
Allergy & Dietary Warning
All Treats are prepared in a licensed home kitchen. Items may come into contact with the following:
Eggs
Nuts
Dairy
Citrus
Natural dyes, artificial dyes, artificial flavourings, artificial sweeteners, edible paints, edible glitter, and other potential allergens.
The customer is responsible for informing their guests of possible allergy hazards.
Care Instructions
Store chocolate treats at room temperature in an airtight container or bag.
Do not refrigerate chocolate treats as condensation may occur, except for chocolate-covered strawberries which should be refrigerated if not consumed right away.
In warmer or humid conditions, candy apples may break down quickly. Keep them in a cool place or refrigerated.
Do not leave treats in the heat. Please ensure your ac is turned on in your vehicle during warm temperatures. Prissy Treats by Carla is not liable for damages caused by weather, negligence, or factors beyond our control.
Delivery & Pickup
Delivery fees: $10 between St. George’s & Hamilton, $20 between Paget & Somerset.
Pick-up: Available from Hamilton Parish between 9 AM – 11 PM on Saturdays and Sundays. Please communicate your desired time in advance.
Late pickups: A $20 late fee applies if orders are not collected at the agreed time. The fee must be paid before the order is released. Orders not collected may need to wait until the baker returns home.
Pricing & Add-Ons
Minimum order: One dozen for all treats.
Prices are listed individually and by the dozen, the final costs is determined by theme and intricacy of the design details.
Additional charges may apply for:
Fondant detail
Accessory charms, bows and metallic colours
Edible images ($15 per sheet of 8–12 images, depending on size)
Cardstock toppers ($1.25 each)
Bling sticks ($2 each)
Treat boxes ($1.50 each)
